With the success of the critically acclaimed series Nip/Tuck, Warner Brothers Domestic Television had its sights set on scoring a sweet syndication deal. My company was asked to create an eye-catching direct mail piece that would get the word out to television network executives.
Capitalizing off the show’s subject matter and the world’s obsession with who has and who hasn’t gone under the knife, we created a series of lenticular postcards that animated between “before and after” photos that replicated plastic surgery procedures suspected to have been performed on Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears and more. The cards posed the question- Real or Fake? and the result was a highly engaging piece worth sharing around the office.
