Global insurance company (and Manchester United sponsor!) Aon desperately needed a new look and brand for their Construction Services Group. Their materials were stale and dated, their collateral was dull and overly technical, and they needed to create a more approachable look and feel and consistent messaging.
In addition, they had just merged with another company so needed to do some internal brand building to get both company’s employees singing from the same song sheet.
My company and I were tasked with completely redoing their collateral package (folders and one sheets), developing a series of print ads, and creating an internal brand book that would unify their employees. I dove deep into this project and emerged as a construction insurance expert, having written one sheets on everything from wrap-up insurance policies, contractors liability, public private partnerships, and more. And Aon CSG emerged with a dynamic new brand and messaging, poised for success in the construction marketplace.
