Real estate innovator Redfin needed my help to develop new recruiting materials. They were struggling to attract top-tier, fresh-out-of-college engineering students, as well as experienced engineering talent. Since technology is a critical part of their business and one of their primary differentiators, they needed a solution fast. It was easy to see that they had a truly unique mission, and a fun, infectious company culture. They just needed the right tone and messaging to help them draw in employees that were motivated by a desire to “change the game.”
We refreshed the look and feel of their recruitment materials, while using a confident, casual, and witty tone throughout to differentiate Redfin as a cool, exciting place to work.
